How to get every guest to use the booth
A 360 booth is only worth it if people actually use it. The good news is that getting a line going is mostly about a few simple choices: where the booth sits, when it opens, and a couple of well-timed nudges. Here is how to make sure the booth stays busy all night.
Placement does most of the work
Put the booth where guests already are. Near the bar, beside the dance floor, or along the main traffic path means people walk past it constantly, and a booth people see is a booth people use. A booth hidden in a side room stays empty no matter how good it is.
Open it at the right time
Hold off until the room has warmed up. After dinner and the formal moments, when guests have relaxed and had a drink, is when they are ready to be playful on camera. Opening too early wastes the booth on a stiff, half-empty room.
Make the first spins visible
The first few groups are your advertising. When other guests see people laughing, tossing confetti, and getting an instant clip on their phones, they want in. Encourage a few outgoing guests to go first and the rest follow.
Keep the line moving
- An attendant keeps each spin quick and friendly.
- Props within reach give people something to do immediately.
- Instant sharing means guests show their clips to friends, who then want their own.
Our attendant handles the open, the prompts, and the flow, so the booth stays busy without you having to manage it.
