Best Venues for a 360 Photo Booth — City Guides
A 360 photo booth has a few non-negotiables, and a stunning venue can still be a tricky one if the ceilings are low or the load-in is a nightmare. These city guides exist so you can pick a space knowing the booth will actually shine there — and so you can flag anything your vendor needs to plan around.
What makes a venue great for a 360 booth
- Ceiling height — 8 ft minimum for the arm to clear; higher ceilings give the camera more room to breathe.
- Lighting — controllable, warm lighting beats harsh overheads or dim corners. The booth brings its own ring light, but ambient lighting sets the mood of the clip.
- Floor space & flow — a 10×10 area near the action, not stranded in a side room.
- Load-in — ground-level or elevator access, no endless stairs, parking close enough to roll equipment in.
- Power — a standard outlet within reach of the setup spot.
Tip: When you tour a venue, photograph the ceiling and the load-in path and send them to your booth vendor. Two minutes on-site saves a scramble on event day.
