The venue walkthrough checklist for a 360 booth

Your venue walkthrough is the perfect time to confirm the handful of things a 360 booth needs. Five quick checks now save a scramble on event day. Bring your phone to take a few photos as you go.

1. Ceiling height

Look up. The arm needs about 8 ft of clearance to rotate safely. Lower ceilings, beams, and chandeliers over the likely booth spot are all worth noting now.

2. The likely booth location

Find a 10×10 ft area near where the action will be: close to the bar or dance floor, not stranded in a side room. Stand there and check you can see where guests will gather.

3. Power access

Locate the nearest standard outlet to that spot. If it is far, note it so your vendor can plan cabling safely rather than improvising on the day.

4. Load-in path

Walk the route from where the vendor will park to the booth location. Note stairs, narrow doorways, tight elevators, and how far the carry is.

5. Rules and timing

Ask the coordinator about vendor arrival times, any equipment restrictions, and whether they require insurance with the venue added as additional insured.

Do this: photograph the ceiling, the booth spot, and the load-in path, and text them to your booth vendor. Two minutes of photos prevents nearly every surprise.

Send us your venue photos and date and we will confirm everything will work and where the booth will look best.
